I have attended the Rivers on a few occasions over the years and found it all of the above points.
Whereas, other local NHS hospitals appear to do their best under current circumstances, Rivers would come out on top.
Should I in the future require medical treatment etc, and given the choice, Rivers would be it!

As a private patient I have always been happy with my treatment at The Rivers. Recently as and N.H.S. patient, I must say that my treatment was no better or worse than as a BUPA fee payer.

Lovely nurses - only comment is about the cleaning which was done by contractors - during my stay did notice that cleaners were cleaning floors and toilets and emptying bins ( did have rubber gloves on) and then handling clean linen without changing gloves - surely a possibly concern for cross infection?

The nurses at the Rivers are lovely
